Payment methods:


Bank Transfer
Please make the transfer to the bank details provided after confirming your order,we will process and ship out your order once payment received within 2-3 working days.



PayPal
Use your PayPal account to make a payment, an acknowledgement will be automatically send to us.Once we receive your payment,order will be processed and send out within 2-3 working days.



Shipping Options:


SingPost
Your order will be shipped to you via Registered mail/SpeedPost (Through SingPost). We aim to have your items shipped to you at the earliest possible date after payment being received within 3-6 working days. Your parcels will be trackable.



Seller Delivery for orders above $400

1. We will give you a call to confirm order and arrange for date & time of delivery
2. Please allow 2-3 working days for the delivery.


Seller Delivery for orders below $400

1. $30/per trip chargeable

During the Haze season,we regret to inform that your order will take longer than usual for us to process and to reach you due to the high order, high calls volume and high email enquiries so please bare with us and give us more time to get back to you and for your order to reach you.

Return/Exchange/Repair Policy


We offer a 1 to 1 exchange for items with manufacturing defect. Please bring the product down to our office in its original condition, including the box, warranty card and valid purchase receipt within 7 working days upon receiving your order.


If collection is require from us, it is chargeable at $30/trip.


Items that requires repair will take 1 to 2 workings days if it cannot be done immediately after accessing by our technician, a service report form will be provided.


Massmark reserves the rights to reject any return/exchange that does not meet our requirements.
